I applied under L1-B Individual Premium processing. I received a RFE and was denied later.
However, some of my acquaintances in the same company applied under L1-B Blanket and got approved first time itself. They had the same profile as me.
I had heard L1-B Blanket has higher rejection rate but I see otherwise happening around me.
Also I think in L-1B individual you have to get approvals at 2 places - USCIS and Consulate.
But in L-1B blanket only at Consulate - so it is easier.
Any thoughts/experiences?
