    Lost my L1 Petition

    Hi,

    I had an approved L1 petition from my previous employer and travelled to US and returned back to India with this Visa. My L1 got expired in 2009. I lost the I797 document of this L1. Now I have an approved H1B from my current employer and they are asking my previous I797 document for LCA. Please let me know the procedure to get a duplicate copy.
