Hi Guys,
My company recently applied for my L1A individual extension and my wife’s L2 extension while we were in US. We recently got approval notice for both L1A and L2 from USCIS and they will be valid till January 2018.
Our Visa stamp from the previous L1A and L2 expired in January 2016. Now my wife is planning to travel to India next month (June 2016) but I am not travelling with her. Do you think she can apply for L2 Visa stamp at US consulate by herself or do I need to travel with her and apply for my L1A stamping as well?
If she can apply by herself then does she needs to present only her I-797A or my I-797A as well at the US consulate in India?
