Individual L visa
Hi friends,
I have 1.4 years of experience.
In may 2004 i got rejected for Blanket L under 221G section due to wrong pettion in delhi. in that they have mentioned like Apply for Individual L pettion.
after long time my company decided to go for individual L in the premium mode. Iam very afraid that if again get rejected then i have to forget the US trip. So please help What are all things needs to taken care. Like
1. Probably what type question the consular will ask n how should i answer
2. Will he/she ask about the previous rejection n what should i tell.
3. How can i prove myself b a splecialized knowledge (showing the certificates or marks)
4. In my previous interview they were asking about prove urself be the best person in the project. i didn't know how to do since all my project members are more experienced than me.
5. they were asking about some sort certification for specialized knowledge i don't know what i have to do. I have domain certifications (.NET). all other projecte related training come under company's training(ther won't be any certification).
