L2 visa + EAD when working online?
Hi
I'll be accompanying my Wife (L1) for 3 months, she is in the middle of the application process. I'm employed in my home country by a US multinational with a base here (europe), paid in euros, into a bank in my home country and all my work is online... I've been told I need an L2 visa, which is fine, but do I need to also apply of EAD or similar considering I'll NOT be looking for work during my stay or taking a US job?
