F1 (minor) to L2
Hello. I am an 18 year old and I have just finished Freshmen year in an American University. I am currently in America on an F-1 Visa. However, my dad is relocating to the US on an L1-A Visa and hopes to stay there indefinitely and apply for an EB-1C Green Card along with the rest of my family as soon as he gets to America. Can I change my status from an F-1 to an L2, so as to get permanent residency status and not be forced to leave the US after graduating, as my parents will continue to live in the United States.
