My husband is trying to get an L-1A visa by starting an affiliate of the company he works for here in USA. On the required documents for L-1 visa it says that they would need to send in a filled in DS-160 visa application. I've googled everything but I can't figure out what this DS-160 application is. Could someone please help me understand this better?
What is the DS-160?
Why would he need this?
When should he apply for that?
