L1B Visa expiring on Oct 2016. Can I reenter US if I exit and comeback by Aug'16 ?

Hi I am currently in US on L1B Visa. Below are the expiry dates of documents.

L1B Visa - Oct 2016
I94 - Apr 2018
L1B petition (I129) - Oct 2016

I am planning to go for a vacation in July 2016. Can I re enter the US with my VISA which will be valid for 3 more months at that time.

Is there any rule which states that the Visa has to be valid for a minimum of X (30 or 60) days while reentering US.

You can but difficult to predict if you will retain the same I94 expiry.

Yes.. Thanks for your reply, we cannot predict the new i94 expiry.
