L1B filing & pending 498a

Dear All

I have few queries on this L1A initiation and pending 498A case .

1) Employer wants to initiate L1A

2) I had my divorce 6 month before and my current status in service record is single and also my passport has status single

3)1 year before for matrimonial issue my wife filed false FIR against me in which 498a she filed.

4) no arrest has been made after police enquiry and I received bail from police as well as there was no relevance in this.

Now this 498a is pending in court - My question is

As this charge is purely domestic , also there is no conviction nor arrest made , so do I need to mention anywhere in the form that criminal case pending against me .

If I dont disclose this will it impact my L1A processing . Please suggest

Has this been resolved ? In any case, 498a is Criminal code, unfortunately, and as long as "Charges" are existing, advise to be truthful in the application, to prevent mess with Immigration in the future. I am also in the same boat. struck up with "Charges" to proceed any immigration matter.
