  • My dependent I 94 expired where as my I 94 expires only in November 2016

Currently I am on L1 visa , my visa and I-94 will expire on November 2016.My wife and son are with me on L2 visa and their visa expiry date also November 2016.
Today I found only my wife I 94 expired on Feb 2016 though her L2 visa expiry date is November 2016 and port of Entry stamp also until Nov 2016 , I was under impression my I-94 and my family I-94 expiry date will be same.

Kindly let me know what is the process to extend my wife I-94.

    Thanks in advance

What's the reason for the I94 to expire Feb 2016?

I am not very sure why it was different date only for my wife. We all came together (myself , my wife and my son ) and all our passport are valid until 2020.

I would suggest going to nearest CBP office and ask, they may correct it if it was given erroneously.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
