Hoping someone can help me out here. My husbands company is gonna apply for an L-1 visa for him to start up an office in the US. But when I read about the document requirements it says that he needs an approved I-129 petition.
We thought that you applied for the L-1 visa on the I-129 application?!
Can someone please help us understand this process?
