Will visa rejected in drunken driving cases

Hi Gurus,

I need immediate response from all the viewers of this post.

I have my L2 visa stamping on 13th June, 2016 (next monday). However, I am charged on drunken driving case in Hyderabad on 4th June,2016 . I am extremely worried about my visa now. Will my visa get rejected based on the offense I mentioned? What do you suggest me to do at this stage since I have only a week's time from my visa interview.
