Hello,
This is my situation. I live in the US as non resident alien with a L2B visa + EAD. My wife has a L1B visa.
A company based in Canada would like to employ me. If I was an American, there would be no issue thanks to the NAFTA agreement.
In my case though, do you know if I need a Canadian work visa for it? Or can I work for this Canadian company under the NAFTA agreement.
