Question on US stay history

Sorry for dumb question, but I have entered US on L1A visa and stayed for a total of 5 years, had one extension of stay. If I have to travel to India for getting a fresh visa, will VO know that I have stayed for 5 years on L1A (3 initial and 2 after extension in the US)?

They will know, but you also have to put it as part of your travel history.
