L2B Visa pre scheduling of Appointment

I am working in USA on L1B VISA and my company has applied for L2B visa to my wife and 2 children and they got appointment on 4th Oct'2016 which is too late. Is there any way to get the VISA interview at the earliest to make them come USA by July'16 by paying any additional fee or any other way? Please suggest.

Unfortunately not. US consulates in India are facing long delays, and this had been acknowledged officially too. But don't think a solution is anywhere near.
