L1B to L1A
Hi, I have been working here for 3 years and 8 months on L1B which expires in Sep 2017. We are working on COS to L1A as i got a managerial role 2 months ago. Should i necessarily wait for another 4 months to file for L1A in order to show 6 months of experience in managerial role? Is it also mandatory to show 1 year of managerial experience of my oversees employment? Please let me know the possible options for my case. Thanks in advance.
