L2 & EAD Renewal

Here are the facts:
L1 Visa Exp: 17-MAR-2016
L1 I-129 Exp: 17-MAR-2017
L1 I-94 Exp: 12-JAN-2019

L2 Visa Exp: 17-MAR-2016
L2 I-94 Exp: 17-MAR-2017
L2 EAD Exp: 17-MAR-2017

Here are the questions:
1) Can L2 request her I-94 extension via I-539 up to 12-JAN-2019, based solely on L1 I-94 exp date (even if L1 I-129 Exp is 17-MAR-2017)? - {any risk on that?}
2) If so, can L2 first request I-94 extension and then request EAD renewal, even not having I-539 approved? Considering the time frames:
a) I-539 can only be submitted around Sep-2016 (6 months before L2 I-94 Expiration);
b) It takes 2-3 months to be processed (positively thinking it's approved between Dec/16-Jan/17);
c) EAD renewal can only be requested 17-Nov-2016 (120 days before expiration date) and takes at least 90 days to be processed (therefore needs to be requested not later than 17-Dec-2016).

I would advise getting a new I129 before doing so.

l2 and EAD Renewal.

Hi,
My EAD card is expiring on 11 nov 2016.
I have L2 Visa and I-94 till 7 jan 2017.
I will will be going for visa renewal in august.(Along with my husband whos is on L1 visa)

I will be applying for renewal of EAD on 11th july.
Please Advice me ,my new EAD will be valid till when.

filing EAD without L2 extension receipt

Hi

For me to file EAD renewal 120 days before expiry I will have to file it in mid-jul. I really want to do so as last time it took 150 days for my EAD to be approved.
My hubby's company working on L1 extension but not yet filed to USCIS....so I don't have a receipt for L1/L2 Extension application pending with USCIS.
Can I still go ahead and file my EAD renewal without a receipt for visa extension?

L2 EAD Extension

My wife got L2 EAD for 2 years and it will get expire in Feb 17. She has Visa till May 2017 and I94 till Sep 2017. Now if she apply for EAD extension will she get EAD till may 2017 or till I94 date(sep 2017)?

I would advise getting a new I129 before doing so.

Forgot to mention that I have a blanket L1. So since my I94 still has a long duration my lawyer said we don't need a new I129 at this moment.
And as per the I-539 instructions I could to provide them only with a copy of my I-94.
My lawyer said they should approve it.. what you think?
