Hello All,
Could you please give me some advice what I can do in this situation.
I have L2 visa and I have applied for work permit(I-765) by mail. It was received on May 2 to the Texas USCIS office and the check was cashed on the next day.
But I have not received a receipt number within 30days, so I phoned them. The officer did not find my name in the system but he said it's okay sometimes it's happening. So he recommended to write an email to the USCIS Lockbox Support.
I got an automatic replay that I have to expect an answer within 15days. Today is the 15th day and nothing.
This is the 51th day of my process.
I try to be patient, is there anyone who had similar situation before?
