  • Should I re-apply for EAD if I was out of US for more than 90 days?

    Here are my L2-EAD details:

    Issued : Oct 2015
    Expiry : Oct 2017

I am on L2 visa (dependent) with EAD. I had been to India in Jan 2017 and returned June 2017, does it mean that my EAD has expired? Should I re-apply? If re-apply, what would be the procedure to do the same?

Your EAD would still hold good. There is no clause that says if you stay out more than X days then your EAD would expire. As long as you have a valid EAD, you should be able to work.
