H1B picked in lot. But currently on L2 EAD. Will the L2 EAD become invalid?

I have recently joined a company as a full-time employee on my L2 EAD. Prior to this I have filed for H1B through another employer and it got picked in the lot.

If the H1B petition gets approved will I be losing the L2 status and EAD becomes invalid? What should I do if I want to remain on the L2 status and to retain the H1b without the employer who filed it not revoking it.

Can my new employer transfer the H1B?
