  • L2 Visa for newborn. Principal applicant has 2 months L1 remains

Hi, Currently I am in the USA. My wife is in India with a valid L2 visa. We have a newborn baby for which I have to apply a new L2 visa. My and my wife's visas are going to be expired in October. Will there be any chance of rejection for new L2 visa for my newborn baby? Thanks in advance!!!

Maybe. Do you and your employer have plans for filing an extension?

This is my opinion not legal advice.
