Long delay in MRV fee receipt activation

      There's really no way to know how long it would take for this process to get completed, so if you have time constraints and need a Visa relatively early, you might have to just swallow the loss and pay the MRV fee again. Preferably don't use the same bank (I went and paid my fee over the counter to avoid running into a similar issue again). I got my receipt within 3 hours this way.

      Hgdref I paid the fee on 15th of november, 2021 its been more than 10 days and my MRV fee receipt is still not activated, also, I have not received any message from the support team stating that my payment is flagged for compliance review. Do you recommend to pay the fee again over the counter or to wait for the response from the support team?
      After You paid the fee over the counter how long did it take to activate your receipt?

        I am sharing details that I could see in the CGI federal page. As per their advise, If you have encountered an error with the payment or you believe your payment was not successful, dont pay the fee a second time as it will not be refunded. Please use the Provide feedback link on the left to log your concern and they will investigate.
        Or Please email to support center at support-india@ustraveldocs.com with your concern and they will investigate.

          Hi

          i have made the payment for myself and 3 family members 9 days ago. 3 of the MRV receipts are activated and one is still not activated. The Call center gives standard responses and no clear timeline for resolution.

          Any suggestions, please do respond.

            Same here. I made the payment on Jan/02 Central time and still my MRV receipt # is not activated. I raised a concern via "Provide Feedback" link on 4th and they asked me for couple of documents (Bank statements / Transaction screen shots), I provided the necessary documents on 5th of Jan and from then I was getting the standard response - "Our team is reviewing your case Sir, you have to wait for 24 to 48 hrs and the timeline will vary by cases to case" when call the helpdesk and no response to my emails. on Jan/10 my case got escalated to consulate and today are saying the is now pending with Consulate and they don't have any ETA. I used to connect with minimum 2 to 3 customer representatives daily, hoping I get some positive response from any one at-least - But no luck! They all are well trained to provide the standard response "24 to 48 hrs blah blah blah.." ughhh...

            Right now, my case is with consulate and one representative tole me - it might take 2 weeks for them to get back. I AM TIRED!!!!!

              MRV fee receipt not activated, its been more than a week since i made the payment

              I made the payment on Dec 30 2021 using NEFT mode, but still the receipt is not activated. I wrote a mail to support-india@ustraveldocs.com on Jan 4th 2022 with all the details and screenshot of transaction and my case is escalated on the same day, but still no response.

              I called the helpline numbers, but of no use, they are asking me to wait. What should i do now.?

              Note : I tried with last 12 digits Unique Account Number (TIER*), but it didn't work.

                Same here! Made the payment on 1/6 using NEFT, dropped an email after 24hrs and sent all the required screenshots and document but then NO reply. I have been calling customer care and getting standard response as the case is escalated to concern team with NO ETA.

                Should have walked into Axis bank and made the deposit in first place.

                            I have been facing same issue since Jan 5. After repeated emails they just closed my issue as resolved without doing anything. Finally now my case is escalated. Pls keep us posted.

                              @abdulrfq : No the case is still not resolved. Talking with customer care daily 3-4 times, they are simply asking us to wait from Jan 4th, Don't know how long it will take.
                              Overall our time and money is getting wasted and it is frustrating...

                                FYI - I received an email from bank of america stating my payment is on hold as they needed to verify my co-account holder (from which I made the payment). So they asked me their details etc and now they said they will process.
                                So im guessing its something similar for others, payment help up in processing.
                                I have made payments from same account so many times in the past, not sure why the problem now. So frustrating!
