Revoked H1B Petition can be transfer to new Employer
Hi All,
I am currently in L1A status with Employer A, I also got an approved H1B petition valid till end of 2017 with employer B. But I didnt join employer B, so Employer B revoked by H1B petition. Now currently I am in L1A status. I got an offer with Employer C now. Can I use my revoked H1 B petition transfer to Employer C? If yes can you guide me with the procedure if you know.
