Can I reapply L1Blanket with Same Petition number

Hi,

I had a bad experience during my last interview few days back.

I was denied a L1blanket with a stamp on my I-129S, saying "Clearly Not Approvable".

Vo asked me 6questions which lasted less than 1.5mins
1. WHat is ur company name
2.what is your exp in this company
3. Where are you going in US
4. what will be your designation
5. where will you work? client loc or company
6. what is your US salary


1. Can I reapply for L1Blanket with the same petition number??
2. Since there is no cool off period, can I reapply L1B very soon within a month?
