L1B Max Out- Any alternative to stay beyond 5 years

I’m currently in USA on L1B individual visa (Specialized knowledge) & 5 year max out by March 2017, applied H1B my case was not picked in the lottery. To stay further in USA what are the options

1)I have approved I-140 with present L1B, is helpful to extend my stay?
2)Either I’m eligible for L1A category?
3)I heard that I can try Canadian PR, does it helps & how?

1. No, unless you have a past H1. What category of EB and which is your country of birth?
2. It depends if you performing that role.
3. How Canadian PR will help in staying in US?
