L1 Blanket denied in April. Can apply L1 Individual with different case ?

Hi,

My L1 Blanket was rejected in April with "Clearly not approvable" with blue slip.

Now my company is applying for L1 Individual. And for a different project. The case built will be different compared to my L1 Blanket case. Will this create any problem ?

Will there be any link to my Rejected L1 Blanket and new L1 Individual ? Will they check my previous L1 Blanket petetion ?

You can apply for a L1 Individual. Of course nothing can be predicted.

No. But They will have access for your prior L1b rejection and you have to answer the same question in visa application also.
