Experts, please advise:
I am on L-1A visa and have the following expiry dates:
Visa valid until: 11/23/2019
I-94 valid until: 12/03/2018
I-129S valid until: 11/23/2019
I-129S intended employment end date: 11/30/2017
So the I-797 my petition was based on, expired on 7/7/2016, but the company filed for and got approved for an indefinite extension.
Do I need to get a new I-129S because the current one has the old I-797s number printed on it, or is it valid by itself if I carry both I797s with me?
