Hello Experts,
I am in dilemma right now. I got my L1B in June 2013 for 3 years. I have applied for extension in December 2015 which went to RFE and later on denied on June 20th 2016. I have below questions.
1. Am I eligible to apply for L1 A Blanket/ L1A Individual ?
2. Is there any cooling period applicable in a shift in Visa category for L1B to L1A.
3. Do you think its better to wait for H1 rather than getting on denials.
Please help me.
