Documents for L2 visa for my 16 year old Step Son

We got married recently and my newly married wife has a son from her previous marriage. He is 16 years old.

We recently received my L1 visa and my wife L2.

We need to apply L2 for her son(my step son)

Please let us know the process and what documents are needed for applying the visa.

Any help is Greatly Appreciated :-)
