My case is a bit special that both my husband and I are L1-A holder. Recently, I got another amazing job offer, so I quited my previous job and filed a change of status from L1 to L2. As the same time, I also submitted an EAD application. I filed I-765 for working authorization and I-539 for COS concurrently. However, I have been waiting for more than 75 days, and no update as of now.
Can anyone help let me know what typically the waiting process I may have to go through, and any efforts I can try to make to expedite the process. My future employer showed great understanding, but I am not sure if they may be willing to wait another few months.
