Is it possible to renew L2-EAD based on Spouse Visa & I94 date?

I'm on L2 ( Visa & I94 Expiry is May -2017) and working on EAD (Expiry is Dec -2016).My spouse is under the process of L1B renewal (Visa & I94 Expiry Dec -2016).Once after successful renewal she will get new visa expiry date & I94. Will it be possible to apply for my EAD renewal based on her new Visa expiry date and I94 ? If possible, how long that validity is going to be (May-2017 or based on Spouse visa &I94)?

Thanks Raghvi.One more question : Only my spouse got appointment slot for L1B visa interview in Totonto .Can I accompany her for stamping and re enter U.S with old L2 ( Visa and I94 Valid till May 2015) ,while re entering my spouse will be having new L1B.
