Hi i applied L1B extension in Premium processing and received RFE for my specialized knowledge. Should my RFE response ONLY relate to the original tool documents that was submitted or it can further amended with more additional specialized tool information? Do the USCIS check only the latest RFE document that we are submitting and approve? Any idea

you need to ample proof for L1B RFE response to USCIS
USCIS need proof in form of HR letter BRM letter for specialized skill proof
