Hi,

My Previous company initiated L1B visa process for me in 2008, after Visa interview in US consulate-Chennai I got my L1B visa approved/stamped. But due to project delay, I didn't travel to US, using that visa in my previous company. In 2010 Jul, I have moved out of that company and joined another company YYYY Chennai. In my current company I have completed 6 years and they are planning to initiate L1B visa process for me.

1. Am I eligible for the new L1B visa initiation
2. I have not used my previous L1B visa. will it be a problem or risk?
3. what kind of questions they will ask?
4. Do I need to submit any additional documents?

I am a post graduate in Computer Applications (MCA - full time) and I have total 11 years of work experience IT industry. My current designation is Project Manager and playing this role for past 1.7 years.

Please tell me whether am I eligible for L1 A US Visa?

your company attorney needs to finalize eligibility not you

How many people r reporting to you directly matters

it will be very tough
