Hello everyone,
Here is our situation: My L2 EAD expired on November 2015 and L2 Visa expired by March 2016. We were in India from July 2015 and reached here to USA last week. Of course, came in with renewed l2 visa along with my husband l1 (valid from July 2016 till 2019).
Now, the question is whether I need to apply for Renewal EAD or fresh one? Please advise
