Green card, on L1B Visa, Indian Born, Netherlands citizen

Hello All,

I came to US recently on L1B Visa. I am born in India and currently holding Netherlands citizenship. I heard that even if we have different citizenship but Indian born, we will be considered to Indian pool and takes the same time . Is this true. Please advice.

Yes, the pool goes by country of birth not country of citizenship. But if you can convince your employer to file under EB1 then you can get GC within a year.
