Hi,
My employer applied L1A Ind petition for client X. The petition approved and PA needs to be scheduled. The project is going to be end in next 2 months and there is no requirement there in the current account.
Which one is advisable?
1. Is it possible to change the new client name before going for a PA? Is there an amendment or new petition.
2. Is it possible to get the Visa and change the client name through an amendment?.
OR L1A individual visa can be used only for the particular client.
OR its based on Employer decision.
