Hi - If ones L1A visa extension is approved, which if i know correctly is ideally the extension of I-94. I would still need a visa to be stamped to show the next expiry date.
Once our petition of L1A visa extension is approved and I travel to India in December, do i have to personally go for the interview process to get that visa stamped or since I have an approved extension from USCIS, i can use just a drop box facility at Delhi US Consulate? Is there still a possibility that Visa stamping can be denied, in-spite of having approved extension from USCIS?
My Current L1A visa is valid till Feb 17, 2017 and I-94 valid till June 05, 2017. I am planning to apply for L1A extension under premium through my organization (through their designated attorney)
