Hi,
My L1B VISA end date is in March 2017 and my company is going to start the extension filing process in October 2016.
Presently my wife and daughter (on L2 status) are in India and will be returning back to USA in January 2017.
And I am also planning to visit India in January 2017 and will be returning back to USA along with them.
All three of us have same I94 and VISA validity date ( till March 2017).
In this situation,
1. Will there be any impact on my L1B extension process due to my travel in January 2017 ?
2. Will there be any problem filing L2 extension for my wife and daughter after they come back to USA in January 2017 ?
