L1B PED Date before I-94 Date and Visa Expiry

Hi,

I am currently in the US on an L1B visa.
My visa expiry date is 20 Nov, 2019.
The PED date is 04 Dec, 2017.
I-94 stamp date is 30 May, 2019.

When is the latest date till when I can work in the US? Will I have to return back on 04 Dec, 2017 and get the petition renewed? Or can I stay in the US until 30 May, 2019?

Visa, petition , and I-94 serve different purposes and hence are given by different Govt bodies. But it can also lead to date mismatches such as yours.

In my opinion you would need new petition in order to work post Dec 2017.
