Mine L1 individual petition was filed under regular processing at vermont on 29march 16,still no response from the USCIS.Anyone having latest update on the processing of similar cases.

Was there an RFE? Your attorney can contact USCIS and ask. Also, you can upgrade to premium if so desired.

L1B extension filed on Feb 22, 2016, received RFE in the first week of Oct 2016. Yours could take a little longer....
