Here is my situation. My L1 petition was filed one year back and that time I was married. L1 got approved but in between, I got divorced and now re-marrying my friend next month. I am planning to fly in december but I want to make sure my wife does not face any issue with her L2..
Do I need to make any changes on my petition and mention my divorce? I think they have my old wife name in their records.
