Hi there,
my employer filed for permanent residency (EB1C) earlier this year and got my EAD card and Alien number.
We are also filing a L1A visa extension to be on the safe side.
Now there are fields for my Alien number and the EAD number on the I-129 form. I put in both my alien number and my EAD number. Is that correct or am I supposed to not put them on an I-129/L1A visa extension petition?
I don't want to give up my L1A status as long as my GC is not approved.
