Doing Online Bussiness in Internet in L2

Hi ,

I am new to this group. My hubby is going in L1 visa to US and i have an appointment on May. Could i know whether i can work in L2 as Business woman.I am planning to take online bussiness in the Internet. Can i run a flower shop using Internet connection. could any one tell me, is anybody running a bussiness like that? I would appreciate if you do reply asap.
