Confusion with PED, I-94 and Visa Expiry dates

Hi All,

My L1 B Visa Stamped on 22FEB2016,

And

My Visa expiring on 21FEB2019 but my PED and I-94 is 31JAN2018.

What should I do with these PED and I-94 dates.

Shall I get auto extension for 1 year from 01FEB2018 to FEB212019..

Please clarify..

Yes you need to in order to work beyond 1st Feb 2018. But the earliest you can apply for extension is around Aug 2017.
