1. What company you work for, and what does it do?
a. CCC, It is a global leader in YYYY space, we develop YYYY software tools and pre designed IPs, used by designers of AAA including BBB.
2. What is your annual salary?
a. ----
3. What is your specialization?
a. I simply said I have a deep expertise in BBB and DDD architecture required to develop EEE and FFF.
4. Whether you work for client based company or product based company?
a. Product based company.
5. What will be your work location?
a. Mountain View
6. How long you are going to be in U.S.
a. Three years.
All questions except 3rd one were factual, and did not need any brain storm.
Overall Experience -
I also observed other candidates being interviewed over there, and here are my personal observations on the overall process –
1. There were rejections for both L1 A and L1 B categories. May be these were the reasons, again this is my personal observation -
b. They were speaking too fast, or were trying to explain too much.
c. It looked they had mugged up the answers.
2. It seems salary and company do matter, seems Visa Officer (VO) checks what the company is about, and what is its reputation.
3. If possible interviewee should wear formal clothes.
4. Interviewee should explain to the point, and speak slowly and clearly.
5. Off course, he should look confident.
