Hi,
I need a help to understand the process involved in my visa situation.
• I am currently in L2 and working in US with EAD.
• I have applied for L2 to L1 Conversion and it got APPROVED.
• My wife is currently in L1B working in US.
Below are my questions and I want to understand the next steps.
• My L1A got approved now, so do I need to leave US and get stamping and come back to continue my work here in US?
• I want my wife to resign and stay with me without going back to India and come back to US again (She is currently in L1B and working). How to work out this?
• We both are working different company. So, Do I need to ask my company to process her L2?
• Can she work in her company till she get L2?
• If her L2 approves, her L1 will be void? Or she can still work in her L1?
