    How long for premium processing

    My attorney has filed my L1A extension under premium. Visa expiring Feb 17, 2017 and I-94 valid till 06/05/2017.

    I am on 12th day and not heard anything after the first initial receipt notice. How long does USCIS take to reply letting us know the progress (Approval, Denial or RFE). Do they update status right on 15th day?

    Can somebody provide some light please. Not hearing anything from USCIS till 13th day. Could this be alarming?

      So what was your final result? I am sailing in the same boat. On 13th day, but no activity after receipt.
