Hey,
We are living in the USA since more than 2 years on L1(B) , my wife / kids on L2. We are visiting Pakistan, since their ( Wife/kids) visa got expired they need to restamp. I am filling DS-160 I have confusion for few question. ( We will be applying for Visa from Pakistan )
Section " Address and Phone Information "
Q1. What should be Home Address , Should we put Pakistan Adress OR USA address where are living. ( we will be visiting Pakistan for 2 months, while our stay we will apply for visa?
Section "Travel Information"
Q2. Person/Entity Paying for your trip, should I put Other Person where I mentioned spouse will be paying all trip etc. ? ( my husband will be paying)
Family Information : Relatives
Q3. "Do you have any immediate relative , not including parents in the USA" .. I am confused here when I will be applying my husband will be with me , what should I write No or Yes. ALSO , I have one son who is US citizen , he will be with me too , should I write YES/ no?
