My L1B Blanket petition is is in processing, If it got rejected can i apply for H1B
Hi Friends,
My L1B Blanket is in process from my organization. Probably i would be completing all my process within december hope so. If my blanket petition gets rejected(unluckily), will i be eligible to apply for H1B 2017-2018 next cap. Or is there any mandated time gap should be there after my L1B rejection?
PLease advise me. Im confused to proceed with L1B or can go with H1B?
