Hello Friends,
I have below query applying my L1B extension with premium.
My L1 B visa got expired on last Mar-31-2016 and I have valid I-94 till 19-June-2017. Planning to apply my L1 B extension on Dec-1-2016 with premium category.
1) In case, If my L1B visa extension get dined. Will USCIS ask me to go back to India? Or Can I stay till the existing I-94 date 19-June-2017?
2) If extension is denied will USCIS terminate the current I-94 date also?( Current I-94 valid till 19-June-2017). or will they allowed to stay till my actual I-94 date.
